LUXE Exteriors are a specialist supplier, most of our traded products and services are bespoke and made to your order requirements and specifications. As such, some of your rights under UK law consumer rights act 2015 and its predecessors, in particular distance selling and sale of goods act will not apply.

Please read and understand our returns policy before placing any orders and entering into a binding contract. This is specifically relevant to cancellations, refunds and returns. It is strongly advised that you fully understand the full cancellation or refunds & returns policies before agreeing to the sites terms and conditions.

This is our user agreement that governs the use of this website and any transactions for the provision of product and or services within or outside of our website platform. We reserve the right, at our discretion, at any time, to alter, add, modify or delete any part of this website without further notice. Terms Relating To The Purchase Of A Product, Payment Of, Purchase Price And Ownership Of Goods

Before commitment to purchase

Following agreement to purchase products and services resulting from a consultation or quotation from our team or representatives or direct from our website, please make sure that you check the order details and specifications that they are to your precise requirements. We will help you wherever we can but it is your responsibility to check all details of any quotation or order before payment is made as mistakes identified later may not be able to be rectified.

Please also check the measurements and specifications (i.e. colours, finishes, fabrics etc) of any products you are purchasing to make sure they meet your requirements and that they will fit through any access points, doorways and stairways etc.

LUXE Exteriors cannot be responsible for mistakes made or offer guarantees at any stage that configuration or specification change is possible. We will endeavour to work with you and do our best to accommodate any errors where possible. 

Lead Times

General lead times will be listed/given where available and upon request. We will review and advise our lead times at point of enquiry or placement of order and advise accordingly. Lead times fluctuate in line with demand and seasons, it is always advisable to contact us where we can check for up to date availability. We always strive to deliver based on our clients and customer requirements.  

Product and services descriptions

Please make sure that you check the purchase and selection options available on the many products and services available. Also check your purchase at check out. It is your responsibility to check configurations and options as mistakes identified later may not be able to be rectified.

Product dimensions

The website were available lists dimensions and are given for your guidance. It is your responsibility to make sure that what you are ordering fits where you want it to go and that you have adequate access to and through all the relevant areas.

Colours, textures, finishes and swatches.

LUXE Exteriors endeavours to provide accurate visual representations of colours, textures, finishes, materials and swatches and aim to give as true a likeness of the product as possible. However, due to the vast variations in display and I.T technology it is not possible to guarantee consistent and accurate representation.

LUXE Exteriors cannot guarantee that any colour or texture shown on the website will accurately represent the finished article. We advise that where critical, you contact us to obtain a sample swatch (where available) prior to ordering. Please contact us with the relevant product information and we will do our best to assist where possible.


Please also read the product descriptions in conjunction with images. Configurations and sets etc may not always fully represent what is on offer. If you are unsure of what you are purchasing, please contact us for clarification.

LUXE Exteriors takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, including but not limited to; lead times, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Particular attention is drawn to the fact that many of the items for sale on the site are manufactured by non-UK based companies and therefore minor English translation mistakes may occur in the presentation details and particularly descriptions of some products.


We endeavour to ensure that all issues are resolved before they are live on the site, however, we kindly ask you to tolerate minor instances of errors and help report perceived mistakes to us by emailing their whereabouts.

With regard to lead times, LUXE Exteriors will not be held liable for any damages, losses or in breach of contract of sale if the lead time is not accurately reflected for any reason.

Ownership and Purchase of Goods:

Ownership of products and goods remain the sole property of LUXE Exteriors until full payment has been received and funds cleared.

Purchase of products and services:

Following receipt of orders and or payments in part or full.

This will constitute an order/contract and your order will be reviewed for process.   It does not signify acceptance of your order and LUXE Exteriors reserve the right to refuse or cancel any offer to order, order or contract at any time.

We will send you an acknowledgment of acceptance/ cancellation following our review.

Non- acceptance of an order:

Orders will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Products or services you are ordering no longer being available.

Non fulfilment of payment.

Product pricing or description error.

Your non fulfilment of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

Problems with orders will be notified as soon as possible

Payment on Point of Purchase

By sending a payment, this will automatically enter you into a contract with LUXE Exteriors under and in conjunction with all the terms and conditions including returns, cancellations and refunds policies as stated on this website.

The contract will commence with LUXE Exteriors when a payment is paid and received. The exception will be if LUXE Exteriors declares at any time, by any communication method within the contract period, that the order has NOT been accepted. In such circumstances, LUXE Exteriors will refund the amount owing to you.

Should LUXE Exteriors accept payment and does not inform the Customer of non-acceptance, a conditional sale will be underway. LUXE Exteriors will be obliged to fulfil the supply/manufacture of the goods as per your order and the Customer is agreeing entry into the contract. Part payments will not be accepted unless formally agreed by LUXE Exteriors. Any outstanding balance will be due prior to delivery or as per formal agreement. Delivery / Carriage or Shipping charges will also be payable at placement of order where applicable.

LUXE Exteriors will acknowledge lead-times at placement of order. We endeavour to provide accurate information in all aspects, in particular in this instance relating to manufacturers and suppliers estimated lead time and delivery. However, LUXE Exteriors will not be held in breach of contract or responsible for any liability or losses whatsoever should any lead-time / delivery not be met.

Goods will remain the property of LUXE Exteriors until full payment including delivery costs, where applicable, are received.


Deposits and final payments

Once goods are ready for despatch you will be informed and requested to make final payment of any outstanding balance including delivery. Following payment, a delivery date will be advised. Deliveries will not be made until orders are settled in full. Should we be unable to make contact with you to settle any outstanding balance, the advised delivery date may be affected.

Following our initial attempt to contact you and after 14 working days, we will attempt to contact again. If after a total of 28 days from our initial contact and we still have not received the final payment then you will be in breach of contract and any payments made will be retained by LUXE Exteriors to cover any associated costs and losses. We thereafter reserve the right to dispose of goods as we see fit. 

Please also note, should we have to make additional attempts to deliver your orders we reserve the right to pass on any third-party charges that we incur.

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the rate ruling at the time of purchase/invoice. Should the rate change between your placement of order and making final payments, your invoice will be amended to reflect the change you will be responsible for any additional payment should they apply.

Important Note: Possible BREXIT implications

Due to our recent departure from the EU and the uncertainty and implications over Brexit. There maybe additional costs relating to customs and duties from companies we partner within Europe. We will notify you of any charges and costs as soon as we are made aware. We cannot be held responsible, accountable or liable for any variations in subsequent cost fluctuations.

Trade partners and discounts pricing

Discount % will be applied prior to the application of VAT and delivery costs. 

Declining orders and trade

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials, products or content on this Website or traded through our business.

We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion including but not limited to incorrect information including pricing.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product or service rom this business or Website whether or not such products have been sold, removing or editing any materials or content on the Website or from our business, refusing to process a transaction or reversing or suspending any transaction after the processing has begun.

These Terms and Conditions are in place for using this website or our business and to meet the requirements of UK law. You must provide all mandatory information, the minimum of the following:

Your Full name, Full Address, Full Delivery Address, Telephone Number/s, e-mail address, Payment and bank details where required. Transact with payment methods suitable/acceptable to our business. Be over the age of 18. Please note. We do not accept PO Box numbers or Accommodation addresses.

The delivery address must be suitable for vehicular access for the products being delivered. The site/address must also be safe for delivery, foot traffic and associated manual handling aids.

Discontinued and Unavailable Products:

There may be times when manufacturers and suppliers discontinue products and ranges, or there may be a problem in the supply chain. If this happens, LUXE Exteriors will look to offer a suitable alternative, otherwise we will offer a full refund. LUXE Exteriors will not be liable for any compensation in any way greater than a refund for the total sum paid at the time of purchase. 


Check for faults when Delivered

All our products are sold free from defect or fault and fit for purpose and are covered by the Manufacturers warranty. If the product develops a fault at any time, please notify us and we will be happy to assist you in claiming against the Manufacturers warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.



Check for faults when Delivered

On receipt of the goods, please note that it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults, damage or shortages and record any problems on the delivery receipt. If the item is badly damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately. Any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt of goods by emailing or call 07800989844

Our standard delivery terms are kerbside where we will park as close as possible to the delivery address, traffic and other parked vehicles permitting, and unload the products onto the pavement. It is then the clients responsibility ensure that the products are taken and assembled where required into the premises and assembled where accordingly

We also offer a ‘White Glove’ delivery service which means the goods will be taken onto the location and installed and/or assembled according to your specified instructions. This service needs to be prebooked seven days prior to delivery

Our ‘White Glove’ delivery experts are a trusted set of specialist companies with the aim and experience to ensure your goods are not only handled with care but are delivered respecting your property and surroundings to a favoured room location and position as specified and agreed by us, where they will do light assembly (e.g. attach doors) and remove packaging as part of the standard service. IMPORTANT Note: if you wish to keep the packaging as you may need to return the item (you will require the original packaging to do so) you must instruct the delivery team.

Important note: in most cases, our delivery teams will be insistent that the items are inspected at the point of delivery before they leave – for their satisfaction as much as yours. As the customer will be signing to accept the goods are in perfect order it is much easier for any subsequent claim and speed of resolution if the delivery company is present and can witness any issues immediately and to aid the speed of resolution by immediately taking back rejected items. We understand that for larger projects it is sometimes preferable to store items until ready. However, if you choose to store the goods unopened you have a maximum of 48 hours in which to report any issues. If you find an issue regardless of packaging state that is outside the 48 hours from the delivery window, we cannot be held responsible and it will not be possible to pursue a subsequent claim. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If an item is rejected by the customer and is subsequently found not to be of fault, the customer will be liable for the full cost of re-delivery. In order to complete the purchase contract the item will need to be delivered (a refund is not possible under these circumstances). We will obtain at least one quote to re-deliver, however, the customer is also able to arrange their own collection from our distribution companies location (contact us to find out where your item will be located). Please note that liaison will be required in order to expedite a convenient pick-up time and storage location preparation.

Note for natural finished goods characteristics and colour variations.

Whilst every effort will be made at the time of purchase to colour match items (where more than one item in a range is ordered) we cannot be held responsible or guarantee there will not be minor variations in finish and colour. This is especially applicable to products made from animal skins.


Leather is a natural product and each hide will have its own individual characteristics and natural marks. Differences in the grain, texture and colour may be apparent from one hide to another and even within the same hide. Luxe Exteriors selects only hides of the highest quality but some marking is inevitable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of leather furniture.


With exposure to light and air, cherrywood, maple and oak will mature to a deeper colour. This will be most pronounced in cherrywood, which mellows to a deep copper colour. For this reason, objects placed on surfaces could leave ‘shadows’ when removed. Should this happen, exposure to daylight will eventually darken these paler areas.

In addition, some products which are produced in natural finishes such as WOOD and LEATHER are susceptible to unique characteristics such as knots, grain, minor colour differences, repaired scars etc. These are not deemed inherently as Faults but should be embraced as signs of a truly natural product.


Our standard delivery terms are kerbside where we will park as close as possible to the delivery address is possible and unload the products onto the pavement. It is the clients responsibility ensure that the products are taken into the premises. it is also your responsibility to check the goods for any faults, damage or shortages and record any problems on the delivery receipt.




Made to order items

Please be aware that almost all the products for sale are made to order for you and we commission the manufacturers almost immediately using your payment in order not to delay the lead times. Once the manufacturing process is beyond the 7th working day (your statutory rights) from your Order acceptance you are NOT able to cancel this contract and you will be liable for the full balance of the item plus delivery and any other charges which are normally applied when the item is ready for dispatch to you. If you are unsure as to whether an item is being made specifically for you please ask one of our Sales advisers before ordering.

Unsuitable Items

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Luxe Exteriors. However, if you would like to return an item because it is unsuitable please be aware that almost all the products for sale are made-to-order for you and therefore cannot be returned once the items have been commissioned unless it is faulty, damaged or Luxe Exteriors has made a mistake with the order. Your statutory rights are not affected, however, please be aware that UK Office of Fair Trading laws and guidelines such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (and previously the Distance Selling Act and the Sale of Goods Act 1979), clarify that standard return terms DO NOT APPLY when you enter into contract for an item which is made for you.

We feel sure you can understand that it is precisely because we offer such flexibility in finish options and rare crafted goods rather than mass manufacture, that it makes a product bespoke for you alone. And for that reason, we are subsequently unable to resell such individual items in your pre-configured state.

Contact us prior to purchase if you are in any doubt whether an item is returnable if unwanted as we can only offer a credit note. If you do wish to return an unsuitable item as per UK law you will need to cover the cost and arrange for the safe return of the goods. We will do our utmost to accommodate, but please read this page in full.

Please note that as per your statutory rights you are entitled to cancel this contract and receive a full refund no longer than 7 working days after the day on which your initial order is received with Luxe Exteriors unless delivered items are proved to be faulty or we believe Luxe Exteriors has made a mistake with the order

All payment transactions are securely handled by Stripe system and at no time is our technology or staff privy to any full payment details that would deem a risk to the financial security of the User’s payment details.


By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number (though as previously stated not full details that would deem a financial security risk) or credit reports, to authenticate your

identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

We reserve the right to keep relevant customer details (with the notable exception of full payment details – see above) on LUXE Exteriors ordering system and a digital and/or paper copy of your details at our Head Office until such a time we deem it suitable to destroy them. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure all information remains confidential within the eyes of the law.

When you order, we need to know your name, address, email address and card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.


AT NO TIME IS LUXE EXTERIORS ABLE TO VIEW YOUR PASSWORD. You are sent an automated email when you sign up the contents of which no LUXE Exteriors employee or person associated with the design or hosting of the website can view. Subsequently, LUXE Exteriors can enter a new password on your behalf if you instruct which will immediately be obscured from visibility as it is entered and going forward. Alternatively, the User has the option to then change the password within My Account section.

We use your personal information to notify you in relation to your order placement and progress. We will only contact you with other information such as newsletters, offers and services with your consent. You will have the option to opt-out should you wish to do so.

Not withstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither party shall be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunction of computer facilities, or loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems, labour difficulties, COVID19 restrictions or civil unrest.
